针对药性科学内涵与性效规律研究，本文提出药性组合与功效相结合的研究思路。以具有某类传统功用的中药为研究对象，以药性组合为切入点，通过药性组合间的研究结果对比，在整体层次上发现传统功用与药性组合的客观规律，在单味药层次上明确药性的药效特点与代谢特征，在分子水平层次上揭示药性的物质基础、作用靶点及其效应的组织分布，从而建立中药“证候-功效-药性”系统网络，阐释药性理论的科学内涵与应用规律，为临床合理用药与药物研发提供理论依据。

According to the research on relationship between the nature of Chinese medicinals and their clinical effect, a new framework was proposed in this paper. Chinese herbal medicine with determined traditional effect was used as study subject. Concept of nature combination and comparing research results on different nature combinations were conducted in order to find the law in nature-effect relationship, features of herbal medicine in functional mechanisms and active compounds, targets and their distribution in tissues. Through integration of information on different levels, a systematic network covering Zheng-Effect-Nature can be established. This systematic network can be used to elucidate the scientific significance of the nature theory and to provide scientific basis for rational application or R&D of herbal medicine.
