中药复方多组分、多途径、多靶点、多效应的作用特点,使得研究中药复方物质基础、体内过程、生物效应及其相互关系相当复杂。在中医药理论指导下,开展中药多组分PK-PD结合模型应用研究的思路和方法探讨,对阐明中药复方本质及其规律具有重要意义。建立中药多组分网络靶点PK-PD 结合模型,首先应该选择合适的药效物质基础,建立合理的网络靶点效应指标体系,综合运用智能计算方法、代谢组学、系统生物学等现代生物技术和方法,揭示中药复方的作用机制和科学内涵,设计及优选中药复方给药方案,促进中药复方新药开发和药物再评价。

Chinese medicine has characteristics of multiple components, multiple ways, multi targets and multi effects, which make the study on the substance basis of Chinese compound prescription, pharmacokinetics, biological effects and their relationship quite complex. Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, it is important to study research ideas and methods on the integrated PK-PD model of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) multiple components' network target effect, which has important significance on elucidating the essence and rule. To establish integrated PK-PD model of TCM multiple components' network target effect should choose appropriate efficacy foundation and reasonable network target effect index system and comprehensive use modern biological technology and methods, such as intelligent computation methods, metabolomics and system biology. It is very significant to clarify and reveal the mechanism and scientific meaning of TCM composition to design and optimization herbal dosing, to promote new drug development and herbal medicines, and to encourage more evaluation of modernization and internationalization.
