药食植物玛咖是重要的保健品原料，近年来云南省玛咖产业发展迅速，但由于起步较晚、基础薄弱，种植、加工与国外相比仍有较大的差距。本文从玛咖生产基地、加工企业、优势区域布局、种植与初加工技术体系、经济效益等方面阐述了云南省玛咖产业发展现状，并对制约其产业发展的主要因素进行分析，并提出了应加强组织领导，抓好宏观调控；加大财政投入，拓宽投融资渠道；加快原料生产加工基地建设；加强现代科技研发工作，建立科技支撑体系；加快培育龙头企业；构建市场营销体系；促进集聚发展，严格质量标准等促进对策。

Drug-diet Maca is an important raw material for health food. The maca industry in Yunnan province is developing very fast in recent years. But because of late beginning and poor foundation reasons, there is still a big gap in terms of cultivation and process compared with foreign countries. This paper expounded the present situation of maca industry in Yunnan province in view of planting bases, processing enterprises, advantage regional distribution, cultivation and preliminary processing system, economic efficiency. Main factors affecting the maca industry were analyzed and some advices were gived as follows. 1) To strengthen leadership and organization and to grasp macro controls; 2) To increase financial input, widen investment sources; 3) To accelerate the construction of raw material planting and processing bases; 4) To enhance modern scientific research and development efforts, and to build scientific and technological supporting system; 5) To quicken the development of leading enterprises; 6) To construct good marketing system; 7) To promote integral development, and to strictly control product quality.
