鹿茸是我国传统的名贵中药，《神农本草经》列为中品，用于治疗肾阳不足、精血亏虚、阳痿滑精、宫冷不孕等证，且现代医学已证实鹿茸含有多种生物活性物质。本文就近年来有关鹿茸的化学成分及其生物活性的研究进展进行了综述，为鹿茸的进一步研究开发提供参考。

Pilose antler, recorded in the book of "Shennong's Materia Medica", is one of the rare Chinese medicinal materials. Clinically, it is often used for treating insufficiency of kidney yang, blood and essence asthenia, impotence and infertility. This paper reviewed literatures on components and biological effect of Pilose antler. In addition, the influence of different source species of Pilose antler and the processing methods were summarized.
