从隐喻认知的角度明确中医脾胃治则的来源；应用隐喻认知逻辑学中类比推理对其相关语料进行分析；中医脾胃治则的确立是基于对“土”的一种隐喻认知；中医理论是一种依赖体验性的理论，它与人类对自然的体察密切相关。

This article was aimed to indentify the origin of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) spleen-stomach treatment principle from the point of view of metaphor cognition. Analogism in logic of metaphor cognition was used in the analysis of related texts. The establishment of TCM spleen-stomach treatment rule was based on metaphor cognition of "earth". TCM theory is an experience-dependent theory. It is closely related to the human experience to the nature.
