目的:建立紫花地丁的红外指纹图谱。方法:利用单次衰减全反射红外光谱技术对紫花地丁的茎和叶进行分析。结果:结合主成分分析,测定7批不同产地的紫花地丁,实现无损快速鉴别紫花地丁。结论:SmartiTR红外光谱法可以对紫花地丁进行有效的鉴定。

This study was aimed to establish the IR fingerprint spectrum of leaves and stems of Viola yedoensis Makino. Leaves and stems were analyzed by intelligent single attenuated total reflection. Seven different varieties of V. yedoensis were analyzed by principal component analysis. And the non-destructive rapid identification can be carried out. It was concluded that the SmartiTR fingerprint spectrum can be used as an identification method of leaves and stems of V. yedoensis.
