目的:研究中药口炎清对抗生素引起的肠道微生态失调小鼠免疫力低下的调节作用。方法:小鼠随机分为模型组、空白对照组、口炎清流膏高剂量组(125.2 mg·mL-1)、口炎清流膏中剂量组(41.74 mg·mL-1)、口炎清流膏低剂量组(8.35 mg·mL-1)、丽珠肠乐组、菊糖组、自然恢复组(生理盐水),每组12 只。采用头孢曲松钠和盐酸林可霉素灌胃建立小鼠肠道菌群失调模型,检测胸腺、脾脏、脾指数、sIgA、IgG 和内毒素等指标。结果:给予抗生素3 天后,小鼠肠道菌群失调,再经口炎清给药7 天,口炎清中剂量组可避免胸腺和脾脏萎缩,以及脾功能低下,同时抑制抗生素引起的小鼠sIgA、IgG 含量下降与内毒素升高。结论:口炎清能够改善抗生素引起的肠道菌群失调小鼠的免疫力低下状况。

This study was aimed to investigate the immuno-regulation effect of Chinese medicine Kouyanqing in mice with intestinal flora imbalance induced by antibiotics. The intestinal microbe imbalance mice were established by intragastric administration of lincomycin and ceftriaxone. A total of 96 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into model group, blank control group, Kouyanqing-high dose group (125.2 mg/mL), Kouyanqing-middle dose group (41.74 mg/mL), Kouyanqing-low dose group (8.35 mg/mL), inulin group, Lizhuchangle group and normal control group of saline (n = 12 per group). The thymus gland and spleen of each mouse were weighed, and contents of sIgA, IgG and endotoxin were detected. The results showed that the mice intestinal microbes were disordered after being fed with antibiotics for 3 days. After treatment with Kouyanqing for 7 days, the growth of thymus gland and spleen, the contents of sIgA, IgG were all recovered and the endotoxin were eliminated. It was concluded that Kouyanqing was beneficial to the recovery of lower immunity in mice induced by antibiotic.
