本文从分析针灸推拿人才培养的国际化背景入手，针对目前国内针灸推拿人才培养中存在的问题，围绕强化专业水平、提升实践应用能力及对外交流能力等针灸推拿专业国际化实践型人才培养过程中的关键目标，就针灸推拿国际化实践型人才的培养策略进行了有益的探索。

Through the analysis of international background for the cultivation of Acupuncture-moxibustion and Tuina talents, this article aimed to point out the existed problems and focus on major targets including improving professional standard, promoting practical and international exchange ability to cultivate talented personnel. This article has made constructive efforts in the exploration of strategy for cultivating international and practical acupuncture -moxibustion and Tuina.
