本文采用常规的细菌分离纯化方法,从中药废渣中筛选出Psedudomonas trivialis 和Neurospora tetrasperma,利用中药废渣生产微生物絮凝剂的发酵条件及絮凝性能对其进行研究。结果表明,筛选出的菌种适宜在药渣中生长,且生产的絮凝剂能够对高岭土混悬溶液起到絮凝作用。在此基础上,考察了各因素对絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响,探讨不同药渣、菌种组合的最佳发酵条件。

Normal bacteria purification method was used in this study. Pseudomonas trivialis and Neurospora tetrasperma were screened from residues of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The fermentation conditions and flocculating function were also studied. The results showed that the selected strains grow well in the residues of TCM and their products can flocculate kaolin suspension solution. Based on these, we explored effects of various factors on the flocculated results in order to reveal the best fermentation condition among different combinations.
