目的:研究维药神香草对COPD 小鼠Th1/Th2 和Th17/Treg 平衡的影响,探讨神香草治疗COPD 的免疫作用机制。方法:复制前期熏烟法建立COPD 小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分为正常组、生理盐水组、神香草高、中、低剂量组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测小鼠血清中IFN-酌、IL-4、IL-17 及IL-10 的水平。结果:与正常组比较,COPD 模型组小鼠血清IL-4、IL-17 水平明显升高(P<0.05),IFN-γ、IL-10 的水平明显降低(P<0.05);神香草治疗后,与模型组比较,小鼠血清IL-4、IL-17 水平明显降低,IFN-γ和IL-10 水平明显升高。相关性分析表明IFN-γ与IL-4,IL-17 与IL-10 都呈负相关。结论:神香草在纠正Th1/Th2 和Th17/Treg 失衡方面发挥了一定的作用。

This article was aimed to study the Uygur medicine Hyssopus officinalis L. on the balance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) mice in order to explore the mechanism of its treatment of COPD. The pre-fumigation method was copied to establish a mouse model of COPD. Mice were randomly divided into the normal control group, saline group and water extract of H. officinalis L. high, middle and low dose group. The level of serum IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17 and IL-10 were detected with ELISA. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the serum IL-4 and IL-17 level of the COPD model group were significantly higher (P < 0.05), and the serum IFN-γ and IL-10 level were significantly lower (P < 0.05). After drug intervention, the IL-4 and IL-17 level were significantly lower, and the IFN-γ and IL-10 level were significantly increased compared with the model group. The correlation analysis showed that the IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17 and IL-10 were negatively related. It was concluded that H. officinalis L. played a certain role on correcting imbalances of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg.
