目的：评价藏医放血疗法对查陪病（高原红细胞增多症）的临床疗效。方法：对西藏自治区藏医医院2009 年收治的48 例查陪病患者放血前后的血象进行检测分析。结果：对治疗前后的血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞和血小板4 种血液指标比较，与治疗前相比较，血红蛋白、红细胞指数显著降低（P＜0.01），血小板指数明显降低（P＜0.05），与治疗前相比白细胞指数降低无显著性差异。结论：藏医放血疗法对查陪病具有一定治疗效果。

This study was aimed to evaluate the clinical effect of Tibetan bloodletting therapy in the treatment of Zhapeibing (plateau erythrocytosis). Blood samples of 48 Zhapei patients before and after Tibetan bloodletting therapy were tested and analyzed in the Tibetan Medical Hospital in 2009. The comparison was made on four types of blood indexes, which were the hemoglobin, red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets before and after treatment. Compared with pre-treatment, the indexes of hemoglobin and red blood cells were significantly decreased (P < 0.01). The index of platelets was obviously reduced (P < 0.05). Compared with pretreatment,there was no significant difference on the reducing of index of white blood cells. It was concluded that Tibetan bloodletting therapy has certain clinical effect in the treatment of Zhapeibing.
