目的：构建艾滋病头痛中医临床诊疗操作规程。方法：总结艾滋病头痛中医诊疗相关国内外文献，通过专家组论证等方法, 设计艾滋病头痛中医临床诊疗操作规程问卷, 并在全国范围内遴选专家，进行两轮问卷调查。结果：通过两轮专家问卷进行修订，初步建立艾滋病头痛中医临床诊断、治疗、调护及疗效评价规程。结论：该规程明确了艾滋病病症含义与病因病机，建立中医标准化诊疗服务，同时体现了宣教、随访及院内外连续性诊治的特点。

This study was aimed to build up a diagnosis and treatment procedure of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for HIV/AIDS headache. Domestic and foreign articles correlated to HIV/AIDS headache diagnosed and treated by TCM were summarized. The specialist questionnaire of clinical diagnosis and treatment standard operating procedures of TCM for HIV/AIDS headache was designed by focus group discussions. And the national specialist questionnaire survey was carried out twice. The results showed that the standard operating procedure of TCM clinical diagnosis, treatment, nursing and therapeutic efficacy assessment for HIV/AIDS headache was preliminarily established.It was concluded that this regulation identified concept, etiology and pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS, established TCM standard diagnosis and treatment service. It also demonstrated features of propaganda and education, follow-ups, consecutive diagnosis and treatment inside or outside the hospital.
