目的：应用流行病学方法分析新疆艾滋病高发区HIV/AIDS 患者的舌象及其与CD4+T 淋巴细胞计数的相关性。方法：采用分层随机整群抽样的方法，对1 023 例新疆6 地区HIV/AIDS 患者进行舌象分析和CD4 淋巴细胞检测，探讨其相关性。结果：CD4+T 淋巴细胞计数较高的舌象以舌淡红、苔薄白为主，CD4+T 淋巴细胞计数较低的患者舌象淡白舌、剥苔较多。结论：CD4+T 淋巴细胞计数较低的艾滋病患者以虚证偏多。

Epidemiological methods were applied in the analysis of correlation between tongue manifestation and CD4+ T lymphocyte counts of HIV/AIDS patients in AIDS high incidence regions in Xinjiang. Stratified random cluster sampling was used in the detection and analysis of tongue manifestation and CD4+ T lymphocyte counts of 1023 HIV/AIDS patients in six regions in Xinjiang in order to explore their correlation. The results showed that the tongue manifestation of high CD4+ T lymphocyte counts was mainly pale red tongue with thin white tongue coating, and the tongue manifestation of low CD4+ T lymphocyte counts was mainly pale tongue with peeled tongue coating. It was concluded that HIV/AIDS patients with low CD4+ T lymphocyte counts are mostly deficiency syndrome.
