肺纤维化是临床常见的呼吸系统疾病，目前其发病机制尚不清楚，本文以凝血机制为切入点，探讨凝血-纤溶系统在肺纤维化疾病发展过程中的异常变化，并从中医角度观察活血化瘀药对肺间质纤维化有效治疗作用，认为针对凝血纤溶异常进行的抗凝治疗可能成为临床治疗间质性肺疾病新的靶标，为临床治疗肺间质纤维化提供新思路及理论支持。

Pulmonary fibrosis is a common respiratory disease in the clinic. Until now, the pathogenesis is still unclear. Using clotting mechanism as the starting point, this article mainly explored abnormal changes of the coagulation - fibrinolysis system in the development of pulmonary fibrosis. The effective treatment through the activation of blood circulation to remove stasis in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) point of view was also observed on the management of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis. It considered that to carry out the anticoagulant therapy for abnormal coagulation, which may become a new target for clinical treatment of interstitial lung diseases. It provided new ideas and theoretical support for clinical treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
