在中医术语学国际化的背景下，以现有的中医“汗”症术语为基础进行扩展，以ICD 多轴心等级分类为指导思想，提出中医“汗”症的细目分类原则，最终确定中医症状下“汗”类症状的分类规则，推动中医术语的标准化规范化发展。

This study was conducted under the background of the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) terminology. Current TCM symptom terminology related to "sweat" was taken as basis in the extended study. The ICD classification of multiple axis and hierarchical level was used as guidance thought. This paper proposed the principle of detailed classification of TCM "sweat" symptoms and finally made classification rules for TCM "sweat" symptoms. This study has promoted the development of TCM terminology standardization.
