大黄为泻下通便之良药，是临床常用的中药，见于多种复方配伍中。测定配伍前后主要有效成分的含量变化是目前研究大黄配伍机理的主要方法之一。本文将近年来国内外对大黄复方及药对配伍化学成分的研究进展进行综述，为进一步研究其配伍机制和合理利用提供借鉴。

Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, the major usage of which is purgation, is widely used in clinical therapy among different prescriptions. According to present reports, researches on herbal compatibility mechanism were mainly focused on the comparison of content changes of active ingredients before and after. In oder to provide references, this review was made on researches of compatibility mechanism of prescriptions and paired drugs for ingredients of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei from research actuality.
