目的：探讨益肾养心疏肝汤联合针灸治疗女性更年期综合征（WMS）的临床疗效。方法：选择WMS患者78例，随机分为两组，每组39例，对照组给予口服戊酸雌二醇片，治疗组在西药激素治疗基础上，加服益肾养心疏肝汤合针灸治疗。4周为1疗程，连续治疗3个疗程后，两组患者均进行治疗前后症状积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、血清促卵泡激素（FSH）及雌二醇（E2）评分及总体疗效比较。结果：在临床症状方面，两组治疗前后比较均有不同程度的改善（P<0.05 或P<0.01），HAMD、HAMA 有不同程度的降低（P<0.05），E2有不同程度升高（P<0.05），FSH 有不同程度降低（P<0.05），治疗组较对照组有更明显的优势，总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：益肾养心疏肝汤联合针灸及激素治疗WMS，对于临床症状的改善、焦虑抑郁情绪的缓解及病情活动的控制，与单纯的西药激素治疗相比，具有一定的优势。

This study was aimed to explore the clinical effect on treatment of climacteric syndrome by the combination of Yi-Shen Yang-Xin Shu-Gan (YSYXSG) decoction and acupuncture therapy. A total of 78 female patients suffering from climacteric syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral administration of estradiol valerate. The treatment group was treated with the combination of YSYXSG decoction and acupuncture therapy on basis of western medicine treatment. Fourweek was one treatment course. The treatment was continued for three treatment courses. Improvement state of both groups were compared by the integration of clinical symptoms before and after treatment as well as the Hamilton's Depression Scale (HAMD)/(HAMA). The results showed that according to the clinical symptoms, both groups had improvements in varying degrees (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), in which HAMD, HAMA, FSH decreased (P < 0.05), and E2 increased (P < 0.05). The treatment group had more obvious superiority compared to the control group. There was statistical significance between two groups (P < 0.05). The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05). It was concluded that combination of YSYXSG decoction, acupuncture therapy with hormonotherapy had more superiority in improving clinical symptoms, remitting emotion of anxiety-depression and controlling patient's condition compared with pure hormonotherapy, which had superiority.
