[摘要]
芪归银复方由黄芪、当归、金银花、青蒿、虎杖5 味药组成,不仅能够配合抗生素治疗耐药菌,而且能延缓、甚至逆转细菌耐药性的产生,但是该复方化学成分复杂,尚未明确其治病的物质基础。因此,通过查阅文献,对该方中5 种单味药中的化学成分进行总结,并对其中所含的170 种化学成分进行归类,以期为芪归银复方中化学成分研究提供依据,最终明确其延缓耐药的物质基础。

Qi-Gui-Yin (QGY) compound, which composes of five herbal medicines of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge., Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels, Lonicera japonica Thunb., Artemisia annua L., and Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc., which is able to treat antibiotic-resistant bacteria with antibiotics, and also to delay or even reverse the bacterial resistance producing. However, QGY compound is a complex mixture. And it is very difficult to elaborate its material foundation. Therefore, chemical constituents in five herbal medicines were summarized through searching of the related literatures. And then, 170 kinds of bioactive ingredients were classified in order to provide evidences for the study on chemical constituent of QGY compound and identify its material foundation of delaying drug resistance.
