目的：建立救必应益心片中救必应总皂苷含量的测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定救必应益心片中救必应总皂苷含量。结果：救必应总皂苷在2.16×10-5-6.47×10-5 mg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为98.81%，RSD为2.06%（n=6）。结论：该方法准确可靠、重现性良好，可用于救必应益心片中救必应总皂苷含量的测定。

This study was aimed to establish the determination method of total saponins content in Jiu-Bi-Ying Yi-Xin (JBYYX) tablet. The content of total saponins in JBYYX tablet was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that in the range of 2.16×10-5-6.47×10-5 mg/mL, the total saponins had good linear relationship. The average recycle rate was 98.81%. RSD was 2.06% (n=6). It was concluded that the method was accurate, reliable and repeatable, which was suitable for determining the content of total saponins in JBYYX tablet.
