目的：探讨隔物灸法对慢性胃炎胃黏膜保护的临床效果，并与安慰灸组进行对比，以期提高临床诊治水平。方法：将64例慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组32 例。治疗组采用隔物灸法，取穴内关（双）、中脘、气海、足三里（双）；对照组采用安慰灸法，取穴同治疗组。两组均每次每穴灸1壮，一周3次，共治疗12次后对比治疗前后血清检测胃泌素（GAS）、胃蛋白酶原I（PGI）、胃蛋白酶原I/胃蛋白酶原II（PCR值）及中医症状量表评分以观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率83.9%，明显优于对照组（16.1%），两组间中医症状量表评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。组间慢性萎缩性胃炎患者GAS比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗组治疗前后PGI和PCR比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：艾灸后局部温度差异与疗效间存在一定规律性，隔物灸有效改善了慢性胃炎患者的临床症状，提高了慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清PGI浓度、PCR值，对GAS有调整作用。

This study aimed to discuss the clinical protective effects of ginger-partitioned moxibustion on gastric mucosa in chronic gastritis patients in comparison with placebo moxibustion group in the hope of improving the development of clinical diagnoses and treatments.Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group with partitioned moxibustion,and control group with placebo patitioned moxibustion.Acupoints of bilateral Neiguan,bilateral Zusanli and Zhongwan were treated with one cone per point each time,three times a week for three weeks.After treatment,gastrin(GAS), pepsinogen I(PGI),PCR value of PGI/II of the two groups were detected before and after the treatment,and therapeutic effects were observed according to TCM symptom scale scores.It was found that the total effective rate of treatment group was 83.9%,which was better than that of control group(16.1%).The TCM symptom scale scores of the two groups presented significant differences(P<0.05).There was also significant difference of GAS levels in the chronic atrophic gastritis patients between the two groups.PGI levels and PCR values of PGI/II were improved in the chronic atrophic gastritis patients in treatment group after the treatment (P<0.05).In conclusion,there were some relations between curative effect and local skin temperature.In addition,integration function of gingerpartitioned moxibustion ameliorated clinical symptoms,PGI level,PGI/II value and GAS expression of the chronic gastritis patients effectively.
