目的：本研究旨在观察金丝桃苷、淫羊藿苷在大鼠精液冷冻保存过程中的应用效果，并对大鼠精液冷冻保存体系进行优化。方法：将金丝桃苷、淫羊藿苷加入大鼠精液冷冻保护剂中，冷冻保存大鼠附睾尾部的精子，并评估冷冻前后精子活率指数，采用伊红染色评估精子畸形率。结果：添加金丝桃苷、淫羊藿苷的冷冻保护剂可以提高解冻后的精子活率指数。结论：金丝桃苷、淫羊藿苷在大鼠精液冷冻保存过程中有一定的保护作用。

This study was aimed to observe the effects of hyperoside and icariin on the cryopreservation of rat epididymal sperm and optimize the cryopreservation system.Hyperoside and icariin were added to rat semen cryoprotectant when rat epididymal sperm was cryopreserved.Sperm motility index(SMI)before and after cryopreservation was evaluated and sperm deformity index(SDI)was evaluated by hematoxylin-eosin staining.The results showed that adding hyperoside and icariin to rat semen cryoprotectant can improve the SMI after the sperm was thawed.It was concluded that hyperoside and icariin can protect rat epididymal sperm in the process of rat epididymal sperm cryopreservation.
