本研究考察不同组方加味藿香正气软胶囊对脂多糖诱导小鼠原代骨髓巨噬细胞炎症相关因子表达的影响。采用原代小鼠骨髓单核细胞用M-CSF诱导成骨髓巨噬细胞，经鉴定后，用脂多糖（LPS）诱导其产生各种炎症因子（TNF-a、IL-6、IL-12p40，NO），加入不同组方的加味藿香正气软胶囊，收集上清检测各种炎症因子含量。结果显示，原代小鼠骨髓细胞单核细胞经诱导成成熟巨噬细胞，LPS（1μg?mL^-1）能刺激其产生炎症因子，不同组方加味藿香正气软胶囊均能一定程度降低LPS诱导的炎症因子的释放，尤其是苍术代替白术后效果更明显。不同组方藿香正气软胶囊均可降低LPS刺激的炎症因子的产生，减轻其炎症反应，可能是加味藿香正气软胶囊治疗肠道炎症的重要机制之一。

This study was aimed to investigate the effects of different formulas of Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi(JWHXZQ)soft capsule on expression of inflammatory factors induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in the primary murine bone marrow macrophages.Murine bone marrow PBMCs were induced into macrophages by M-CSF.The bone marrow macrophages were confirmed and induced by LPS to release inflammatory cytokines (TNF-a,IL-6,IL-12p40 and NO).Extracts from different formulas of JWHXZQ soft capsule were added.The cell culture supernatants were collected to detect the contents of inflammatory cytokines.The results showed that LPS (1μg?mL^{-1,/sup>)stimulated the releasing of inflammatory cytokines from the mature monocyte macrophages.The levels of inflammatory cytokines were significantly reduced in the LPS induced cell treated with the extracts from different formulas of JWHXZQ soft capsule,especially in the formula which Baishu was replaced by Cangshu.The formulas of different HXZQ soft capsule could reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines stimulated by LPS,which may be one of the important mechanisms of JWHXZQ soft capsule in tr eatment of inflammatory bowel diseases.}
