[摘要]
目的:本研究旨在探究β-环糊精包合连翘、薄荷混合挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:以挥发油包合率、包合物得率为综合评价指标,采用饱和水溶液法制备连翘、薄荷混合挥发油β- 环糊精包合物,通过L9(34)正交实验考察了挥发油与β- 环糊精的配比、包合温度及包合时间对制备工艺的影响,找出最佳的制备工艺条件并进行了放大验证。并用TLC、显微镜鉴别的方法对包合物进行了表征和分析。结果:优选出最佳制备工艺条件为:挥发油与β-环糊精的配比为1∶8,包合温度为55℃,包合时间为3h。结论:本实验为连翘、薄荷混合挥发油包合工艺获得最佳工艺参数及产业化放大提供了试验依据。

This study aimed to explore the optimum conditions for the preparation of forsythia and mentha volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.With inclusion rate of volatile oil and yield of inclusion complex as indexes,saturated aqueous solution method was selected to perpetrate the forsythia and mentha volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.By means of L9(34) orthogonal experiment,three factors including the proportion of oil and β-cyclodextrin,temperature and inclusion time were studied to determine the optimum conditions.This prepared inclusion complex was testified by analyses of microsc opic imaging and thin layer chromatography(TLC).It was found that the optimum conditions for inclusion were as follows:the proportion of oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1∶8,while temperature was 55℃,and inclusion time was 3 h. In conclusion, this study provided the feasible and theoretical experiment basis for the optimal inclusion technology of forsythia and mentha volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound and industrialization amplification.
