随着慢性非传染性疾病发病率的不断增加，慢性病已成为全人类头号健康威胁，慢病管理随之成为公共焦点。该文阐述了慢病管理的起源，对慢病管理的研究进展进行了分析，对中医介入慢病管理的优势和重要性进行了讨论，从而探讨在中国建立中医特色慢病管理的重要性和必要性。

With the increasing incidence of chronic noncommunicable diseases,chronic disease has been the main threat to mankind's health in the spotlight.In this study,the source of chronic disease management was elucidated,and its research advancement was analyzed.Therefore,opinions about the importance and the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the chronic disease management were explained to explore the importance and necessity of establishing the chr onic disease management with TCM characteristics in China.
