目的：通过观察针药结合对卵泡发育不良者临床妊娠率及黄体功能的影响，为针药结合的推广提供依据。方法：将150名研究对象随机分为针药结合组、中药组及西药组，每组50例。比较3组患者妊娠率、排卵后一周孕酮及雌激素值、及并发症发病率。结果：针药结合组、中药组、西药组妊娠率分别为28%、22%和20%，但组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；3组均可提高患者黄体功能，其中针药结合组与中药组无差异，但均优于西药组（P<0.05）；针药组和中药组并发症发病率较西药组显著下降。结论：针药结合治疗卵泡发育不良可改善其黄体功能，提高其临床妊娠率，具有疗效佳，副作用少的特点，可在临床实践中推广。

The goal of the research was to observe the effects of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs on pregnancy rate and luteal function in patients with follicular maldevelopment,providing a basis for promoting the integrated therapy widely.In this study,prior to detecting pregnancy rates,the peak values of progesterone and estrogen,and incidences of complications,150 subjects wer e randomly divided into three groups,the acupuncture integrated with Chinese herbs group(group 1),the traditional Chinese medicine group(group 2)and the western medicine group(group 3).Each group involved 50 cases.It was found that the pregnancy rates of the three groups were 28%,22% and 20%,which presented no statistical difference(P>0.05).The peak values of progesterone increased significantly in the three groups after treatment,while group 1 and group 2 showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).However,the efficacy of group 1 and group 2 was superior to that of group 3.The incidences of complications were marked decrease both in group 1 and group 2 compared with group 3.In conclusion,acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs can increase the clinical pregnancy rate and luteal function,while decrease the incidence of complications,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
