目的：本文主要采用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗骨性膝关节炎（KOA）临床腧穴使用规律。方法：在中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed 和Web of Science数据库中检索2000-2016年3月针灸治疗KOA的随机临床对照研究，对所采集的治疗方式、腧穴及其所属经脉特点进行分析，运用描述、关联和聚类分析等数据分析技术，分别研究其外在特征和内在联系。结果：共98篇中英文文献纳入统计分析，其中，手针（32.41%）为临床主要治疗手段，内膝眼（12.11%）为使用频率最高的腧穴；足阳明胃经的腧穴使用频率最高（21.90%），这些腧穴主要分布在膝关节周围。通过关联性分析发现，十二经脉中胃经、胆经、脾经的穴位组合最多，其中“内膝眼-犊鼻-阳陵泉”是相关性最高的组合。聚类分析研究发现经脉可分成2个有效聚类群，2组核心经脉组；腧穴有2个有效聚类群，2组核心腧穴组。结论：通过数据挖掘技术分析，得出了临床治疗KOA的经脉和腧穴使用的内在规律，为临床针灸治疗KOA提供选穴参考依据。

This study aimed to investigate the rule of acupoints’selection in acupuncture and moxibustion for knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in clinic by data mining analysis.Accor ding to the involving databases,including China National Knowledge Index,Wanfang Data,Chongqin VIP,Pubmed and Web of Science,randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion for KOA from 2000 to 2016 were retrieved in which the treatments,meridians and acupoints were tabulated and conducted by the descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis for studying the external characters and internal associations.In aggregate,98 trials were virtually output using statistical methods.It was found that manual acupuncture was the main manipulation,while neixiyan was used most frequently(12.11%).Acupoints in stomach channel of foot-yangming were the most involved ones,featuring a distribution around knees.Besides,the association rule analysis presented high correlation among the stomach channel of foot-yangming,bladder channel of foot-shaoyang and spleen channel of foot-taiyin.ExLE4-neixiyan,ST35-dubi and GB34-yanglingquan consisted of an acupoint group with the highest corelation in the acupoints analysis.The clustering analysis showed that all the meridians were converged on two effective clusters and two pairs of core meridians,while all the acupoints on two effective clusters and two groups of core acupoints.In conclusion, internal principles of meridians and acupoints for the treatment of KOA were summed up by data mining,which provided the evidence of acupoints’selection behind the treatment of KOA in clinic.
