督脉是联络肾、髓、脑的重要通路，并且统领周身之阳气，对精神活动具有重要的调节作用。阿尔茨海默病（AD）系中医理论的“呆病”，病位在脑，属肾精亏虚，脑髓消减，神机失用之本虚标实证。本文从督脉经络理论的角度论治AD，并对其发病机理的研究进展进行探讨，以期为科学研究和临床治疗AD提供有益思路和实践导向。

Governor Vessel(GV)is critical to controlling mentation,acting as a main access to kidney essence,marrow and brain in multiple connections and commanding yang energy throughout the body.Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is referred to senile dementia in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to TCM theory,the location of AD mainly concerns brain,caused by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality and is mainly out of kidney essence and marrow deficiency.This study aims to explore acupuncture treatment of AD in sight of GV methodology in the meridian theory,and discuss and summarize the research progress and its mechanism in the hope of providing favorable thoughts and virtual guidance for scientific research and clinical treatment for AD.
