代谢综合征系多种代谢紊乱组分在体内“聚集”的一种病理状态，已成为全球公共健康主要问题。加强代谢综合征发生发展病理机制及药物干预等研究凸显重要。中药因其在防治代谢综合征方面具有一定的优势和特色而受到国内外学者持续关注与研究。本文主要综述中药干预代谢综合征的基础研究概况。

Metabolic syndrome,a cluster status of multiple metabolic disorders,has been one of the most common public health problems in the world.It was critical to investigate the pathological mechanism of metabolic syndrome by underlying the intervention of its medications.TCM showed unique characteristics and vantages in the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome of which field focused on both domestic and foreign scholars afterward.In this review,the basic research progress on TCM in the intervention of metabolic syndrome was summarized.
