中药饮片粉末入药是中药饮片自古以来就存在的一种应用形式。中药饮片粉末保留了原中药饮片的全部化学成分，因其具有全成分入药的优势而成为调剂或制剂原料应用的主要方式之一。本文通过对中药多种临床应用形式进行剖析、总结中药饮片粉末入药的历史及应用方式、分析中药物质基础利用的特点，探讨中药饮片粉末入药的特征和规律，以期为中药饮片粉末入药的现代研究与应用提供参考。

The powders of TCM decoction pieces had been applied in clinic with a long history.The powder preserved all the chemical components of original TCM decoction pieces, and turned out to be one of the major materials for patent preparation and prescription out of their vantages of all-component utilization.In this study,various clinical application forms of Chinese medicine were analyzed,and the history and applications of TCM powder were summed up and the pattern of their effective components utilization was investigated.Then the features and principles of their clinic use were discussed with the provision of references for the modern research and applications of TCM powders.
