目的：本文通过分析深度针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症，总结该领域现有知识结构，从而探究针刺深度对临床治疗的重要性以及为优化临床疗效提供新思路。方法：运用Citespace软件，生成深刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症可视化图，并对可视化图谱数据进行分析，通过所得数据回溯文献，总结此领域优势及劣势。结果：深刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症领域虽然发文量较少，但仍然形成了简单的结构体系。结论：在此结构领域中，虽然达到了研究的广泛度，但是研究方向中存在比例失衡现象，应通过横向性及纵向性两方面研究，使临床治疗技术多彩化，为优化临床方案做准备。

This study aimed to explore the significance of deep acupuncture in clinic and provide a new way for promoting clinical efficacy by analyzing the deep inserting of acupuncture treatment in lumbar disc herniation(LDH),summaring the remaining knowledge structure of this field.The Citespace software was adopted to output visualized maps of deep acupuncture treatment for LDH.Then the visualized maps were analyzed by reviewing literatures rested on the data,while the merits and disadvantages of this field were summed up.As a result,there were a few papers of deep acupuncture for LDH,while its simple structural system was still formed.Though the research achieved some extensive degree in this field,there was imbalance in the directions of researches.In addition,two aspects involving transverse and longitudinal studies may promote dynamic clinical treatment techniques,preparing for the optimization of clinical research protocols.
