本文综述近年来基于诱发电位的头针临床与基础研究的进展,分析比较各种诱发电位在头针研究中的作用和意义。结合现今诱发电位应用中处于前沿地位的事件相关电位(Event-Related Potential,ERP)及其运动相关成分的最新进展,就头针治疗脑卒中等疾病的方法做出展望。

This paper reviewed recent advances in clinical and basic researches of scalp acupuncture based on evoked potentials (EPs). The role and significance of various EPs in scalp acupuncture were analyzed and compared. Event- related potentials (ERPs) which occupied leading position in EPs application nowadays and the latest advances in the related components of its action were combined to make a prospect of the scientific research methods of scalp acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy and other diseases.
