目的:观察肥胖并发高脂血症患者不同肥胖度与脂质水平、“脂肪-胰岛轴”及植物神经功能的相关性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:本次研究共纳入肥胖并发高脂血症患者659例,将所有患者分为轻度、中度、重度肥胖三组,采用临床横断面研究,对659例患者的肥胖指标、脂质指标、“脂肪-胰岛轴”指标及植物神经功能进行测定,比较不同肥胖度与脂质水平、“脂肪-胰岛轴”及植物神经功能之间的关系。结果:①脂质指标:轻度肥胖组的脂质指标与中、重度肥胖组的脂质指标之间比较,经分析均有统计学意义(P<0.01);中度肥胖组与重度肥胖组的脂质指标之间比较,经分析均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②“脂肪-胰岛内分泌轴”指标:轻度肥胖组的“脂肪-胰岛内分泌轴”指标与中度肥胖组的“脂肪-胰岛内分泌轴”指标之间比较,除Homa-β外的其他相关指标,经分析有统计学意义(P<0.01);轻、中度肥胖组与重度肥胖组的“脂肪-胰岛内分泌轴”指标之间比较,经分析均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③植物神经功能指标:轻、中度肥胖组与重度肥胖组的植物神经功能指标之间比较,经分析均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肥胖并发高脂血症患者不同肥胖度与其脂质水平、“脂肪-胰岛轴”功能及植物神经功能的密切相关,临床治疗肥胖并发高脂血症可从多个角度综合干预,以获得更满意的疗效。

This study was aimed to observe the relativity between different obesity degree with lipid, fatty-insulin axisand autonomic nerve function in obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia patients. A total of 659 patients with obesitycomplicated with hyperlipidaemia were included in this study. All patients were divided into three groups according toobesity degree, which were the mild, moderate and severe obesity. In the clinical study, obesity index, lipid index, fattyinsulinaxis index and autonomic nerve function of 659 cases were measured, in order to compare the relativity betweendifferent obesity degree with lipid, fatty-insulin axis and autonomic nerve function. The results showed that the lipidindex in the mild obesity group was statistically significant compared with the other two groups (P < 0.01); lipid indexesin the moderate obesity group compared with severe obesity group were statistically significant (P < 0.01). Fatty-insulinaxis indexes except Homa- β in the mild obesity group compared with moderate obesity groups were statisticallysignificant (P < 0.01). Fatty-insulin axis indexes in the mild and moderate obesity group compared with severe obesitygroups were statistically significant (P < 0.01). Autonomic nerve function indexes in the mild and moderate obesity groupcompared with severe obesity groups were statistically significant (P < 0.01). It was concluded that the obesity degree andlipid level, fatty-insulin axis and autonomic nerve function were closely related in obesity complicated with hyperlipidemiapatients. Clinical treatment of these patients can be integrated from multiple perspectives, in order to obtain a moresatisfactory curative effect.
