目的：从药性角度分析抗衰老中药并阐释不同类别的药性特征。方法：从知网中检索相关文献，收集了51味抗衰老中药，基于药性数据用ward法聚类研究。结果：这些药被分为十类，第一类性寒味苦归肝经，清肝火；第二类性寒味苦归脾经，清脾热；第三类性寒味甘，滋阴；第四、五、六类分别为性平归肝经，性平味甘归肺经和性平味甘归脾经，平补肝、肺、脾；第七类味甘归肾经，补肾气；第八类性温归脾经，补脾气；第九类性温味辛归肾经，补肾祛寒；第十类性温味甘归肾经，补肾阳。结论：抗衰老中药基于药性被分为十类，每类作用途径不同，体现了抗衰老中药的药性特征，适应于治疗不同的衰老患者。此外，对抗衰老药的分类有助于辨证和配伍使用，达到辅助治疗疾病的目的，这些发现可为抗衰老的研究提供线索。

Objective: Analysis of anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine from the point of drug properties and explainthe different types of drug characteristics. METHODS: The related literatures were derived from CNKI, and 51 traditionalChinese medicines were collected, then the ward method cluster analysis was carried out based on the property of amedicine data. Results: These drugs were divided into ten categories, the first kind of cold, bitter taste, liver meridian,can clear the liver; the second kinds of cold, bitter, spleen meridian, can clear splenopyretic; the third types of cold,sweet, nourishing yin; the fourth, five and six types were flat meridian, flat sweet lung channel and flat sweet Spleenmeridian, can nourishing liver, lung and spleen respectively; the seventh kinds of taste, to the kidney, can tonifyingkidney-Qi; the eighth kinds of warm-natured, Spleen meridian, can fill the spleen meridian; the ninth kinds of warmnatured,spicy, to the kidney, tonifying kidney and dispelling cold; the tenth kinds of warm sweet to the kidney, tonifyingkidney yang. Conclusion: The anti-aging traditional Chinese medicine was divided into ten categories based on theproperty of a medicine, the role of each type is different ways, reflecting the characteristics of anti-aging herbs. Adapt tothe treatment of different aging patients. Through the classification of anti-aging drugs, it can be used to assist in thetreatment of diseases, which provide clues for the study of anti-aging.
