在现代语境理论中,外界环境因素与内在心理因素都深刻地影响着中医药文化跨文化传播现象。尤其,海外“本土中医”是一个非常特殊的文化传播现象,它是中国传统医药文化在长期的海外传播及本土化进程中,逐渐形成的与中国中医药本体不同的、独特的中医药文化形态。海外“本土中医”作为此次研究的“他者”,是中医药文化跨文化传播中的典型变异产物,语境中的环境和心理因素影响使其表现出“去中国化”与“过中国化”两大趋势。把握语境,合理发掘和利用海外“本土中医”文化的文化传播价值将对促进中医药文化的跨文化传播具有重要作用。

In the modern theory of communication context, the external environmental factors and internal psychological factors have a profound influence on the intercultural communication of TCM culture. In particular, the overseas“Local Chinese Medicine”is a very special cultural communication phenomenon. It is a unique cultural form which is becoming different from the traditional Chinese medicine in the long-term process of overseas communication and localization. In this paper, overseas“Local Chinese Medicine”, which is a typical result of intercultural communication of TCM culture, will be regarded as the“Other”of the research. The environmental and psychological factors of the context make it show the two major trends of“De-sinicization”and“Over-sinicization”. To attach importance to the context, reasonable exploration and utilization of the value of the overseas“Local Chinese Medicine”, will play an important role in promoting the intercultural communication of TCM culture.
