膜性肾病的治疗效果仍不理想，尤其是对激素/免疫抑制剂依赖、抵抗的患者。在广东省名中医黄春林教授辨病与辨证相结合的学术思想指导下，本文提出中医治疗膜性肾病的思路和对策，从而丰富中医肾病专科理论。基于现代医学对肾病的深入认识和中医学辨证论治思维，黄老指出应重视祛邪，合理使用祛风湿中药，扶正则取补肾固精、健脾摄精、养肝益肾之法以助脏腑气化。

The treatment of Membranous Nephropathy (MN) is still unsatisfactory. The difficulty mainly focuses on dependence on and/or resistance to corticosteroids and immunosuppressants. This work introduces the strategies of Chinese Medicine for MN treatment based on the clinical experience and academic ideas from Professor Huang Chunlin. On the basis of both the recent understanding of MN and the individual treatment principle according to syndrome differentiation from Chinese Medicine theory, Professor Huang Chunlin pointed out that Traditional Chinese medicine for dispelling wind and dampness should be paid more attention to and be appropriately used to eliminate pathogens and that treatment of tonifying kidney, spleen and liver should be applied to keep a long-term recovery.
