大戟属植物作为大戟科植物最大的属，由于该属药用植物具有良好的抗肿瘤、抗白血病、抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗结核等药理活性，引起了国内外许多学者的极大兴趣。但其较大的毒性也不断困扰着研究者研究进展。本文总结分析了近年来该属药用植物的毒性研究与传统医学炮制减毒研究的文献，为其今后的药用开发研究提供参考。

Plants euphorbia is the largest genus of euphor biaceae. Because of its good anti-tumor, anti-leukemia, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, anti-tuberculosis and other pharmacological activities, this genus of medicinal plants has attracted interests from many scholars at home and abroad. However, the greater toxicity has also plagued researchers’ progress. This article summarized and analyzed the toxicological studies of medicinal plants in this genus in recent years and literatures on traditional Chinese medicine processing and attenuating studies, providing references for future pharmaceutical development research.
