精神系统疾病以精神症状为主与躯体疾病不同，传统以躯体症状为主的脏腑辨证不适应于精神科的临床实践，必须建立新的辨证论治方法，新的辨证论治方法的建立必须以一定的方法论为基础。象思维是中医学的核心，中医理论的形成和辨证论治的临床过程均是象思维的集中体现，新的辨治方法的建立必须以此为指导，为此文章从象思维的角度探讨精神系统疾病中医辨治新方法的建立方法，为精神系统疾病中医辨治模型的建立提供思路。

Psychiatric disorders with the chief feature of psychiatric symptoms are different from body diseases, traditional syndrome differentiation and treatment of Zang and Fu based on somatic symptoms is not adapted to the psychiatric clinical practice, so the new method of syndrome differentiation and treatment should be established. The new method must be guided by the methodology of Chinese Medicine (CM). Thinking of imagine is the core of CM, and formation of the CM theory and syndrome differentiation and treatment of clinical course also reflect this thinking model. The new method of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on psychiatric symptoms must be guided by the methodology of thinking of imagine, so this paper discussed the significance in establishing the new method of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on psychiatric symptoms from the methodology of thinking of imagine, and this paper perhaps provided an idea for the establishment of syndrome differentiation and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
