强迫症是一种慢性致残性精神疾病，其病因及发病机制尚未明确。近几十年来的神经影像学研究发现强迫症存在大脑神经环路的异常。本文就目前强迫症神经环路的研究现状和进展进行综述。

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a chronic crippling mental illness, but the etiology and pathogenesis have not yet been clarified. In the recent 10 years, neuroimaging study has found that abnormalities in the neural circuitry of brain. This paper reviews current research of studies on neural circuitry in OCD.
