完善的科研评价体系的建立有助于高效地促进科学研究发展、科技成果转化，形成良性竞争科研 环境，从而推动科技事业的不断进步。科研机构评价是科研评价体系的重要部分部分，本文通过文献分析，并 以国家重点实验室和国家中医临床研究基地督查评价指标体系为例，为中医药科研机构的评价研究提供借鉴。

The establishment of a sound scientific research evaluation system will help promote the development of scientific research, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and form a benign competitive research environment, thus promoting the continuous advancement of science and technology. The evaluation of scientific research institutions is an important part of the scientific evaluation system. This paper takes literature analysis and takes the national key laboratory and the national traditional Chinese medicine clinical research base supervision and evaluation index system as examples to provide reference for the evaluation research of Chinese medicine scientific research institutions.
