结合中医药学术期刊“读者/受众少”、“传播范围有限”、“理论创新类论文发表时滞、出版周期以及被引半衰期较长”、“影响力难以评价”等特点，探析SCI期刊分区方法在中医药领域应用存在的问题，并提出若 干解决办法。如坚持“同类相聚，同级相比”基本原则，放弃以大类学科为单位进行期刊分区的做法，至少在二 级学科分类基础上进行分区；个别领域根据“20种期刊分区原则”进行单独划分；根据不同学科文献类型的实 际特点，采用适宜的科学计量学指标进行期刊评价；根据不同学科期刊数量，适当调整分区比例等。

Combining the characteristics of "few readers/audiences", "limited scope of dissemination", "time lag in publication of theoretical innovation papers, publication cycle and long cited half-life," and "difficulty in evaluating influence" in academic journals of traditional Chinese medicine, the problems existing in the application of Science Citation Index (SCI) periodical zoning methods in the field of traditional Chinese medicine are explored, and several solutions are proposed. For example, we shall adhere to the basic principle of“meeting in the same category and comparing the same level”, abandon the practice of dividing periodicals by major disciplines, and at least divide the periodicals on the basis of the classification of secondary disciplines; individual fields shall be separately divided according to the principle of“20 kinds of periodicals”, appropriate scientific metrology indexes shall be used for journal evaluation based on the actual characteristics of the types of documents in different disciplines; the proportion of subdivision shall be adjusted based on the number of journals in different disciplines.
