目的 以冠心病为例,从大量方剂数据中挖掘出隐含的、先前未知的、对决策有潜在价值的关系、模式和趋势。方法 基于中国药典的冠心病方剂数据、以及中国方剂数据库数据,应用复杂网络理论和方法来构建中药复方的复杂网络,并运用CNM-Centrality算法对网络进行聚类,挖掘数据规律来分析冠心病方剂配伍知识。结果 冠心病的中药网络被划分为7个聚类结果时,可以清晰地表现节点的关系特征,其中丹参、川芎、黄芪等节点中心性较高,这表明丹参、川芎、黄芪是治疗冠心病的核心中药。从中医的辨证角度分析全瓜蒌、炒枳壳为核心节点的网络聚类和丹参、川芎、黄芪三种核心中药的网络聚类,经推断都对应气虚血瘀证,辨证的过程进一步验证了基于复杂网络的冠心病方剂配伍研究的可靠性和完整性。结论 复杂网络可以有效地挖掘方剂数据中的配伍规律,给中医药理论提供科学实证,为中医药系统的复杂特征加以佐证,也为方剂与中药、方剂与病证、方剂与疗法之间并存互动的复杂关系辅以科学解释。

[Abstract]
Objective Taking coronary heart disease as an example, the relationship, pattern and trend of implicit, previously unknown, and potential value of decision-making are excavated from a large number of prescription data. Methods Based on the Chinese pharmacopoeia and Chinese prescription database data, this work used the complex network for the construction of traditional Chinese medicine network, combined the CNM-Centrality algorithm for clustering, mined and analyzed the herbal regularity of coronary heart disease. Results The tradiional Chinese medicine network of coronary heart disease was divided into 7 clustering results, which implied the characteristical relationship between the nodes. Meanwhile, it showed that the node centrality of Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Rhizoma Ligustici Wallichii, Astragalus Root was higher. As a result, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Rhizoma Ligustici Wallichii, Astragalus Root were the core of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of the coronary heart disease. From the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation, the network clustering of the core nodes of Fructus Trichosanthis and Fructus Aurantii and the network clustering of the three core Chinese medicines of Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Rhizoma Ligustici Wallichii, Astragalus Root were analyzed. The inferences were all corresponding to the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis. The reliability and integrity of a complex network of coronary heart disease prescription compatibility studies was further verified based on the process of syndrome differentiation. Conclusion Complex network can be effectively for mining the compatibility rule of proprietary data, and provide scientific evidence for traditional Chinese medicine theory. Additionally, this is an example of the complex characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine system, and is also a scientific explanation for the complex relationship between prescription and Chinese medicine, prescription and syndrome, prescription and therapy.
