目的探究针刺联合中药治疗对多囊卵巢综合症患者高雄血症和心血管系统的调节作用，以及该联合疗法对患者妊娠情况的影响。方法选取患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组、西药组、中药组。结果治疗后，观察组的治疗有效率为85.29%，显著高于西药组和中药组。结论针刺结合中药治疗可显著提高多囊卵巢综合症的治疗有效率，还可显著改善患者的高雄血症症状并有调节心血管系统的作用；此外，可提高患者的妊娠率，值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on hyperemia andcardiovascular system in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and the effect of the combination therapy on pregnancy. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients were selected and divided into treatment group, western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group. Result After treatment, the therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 85.29% , significantly higher than that in the western medicine group and Chinese medicine group. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of polycysticovary syndrome, and can significantly improve the symptom of hyperandrosis, regulating cardiovascular system. Inaddition, the pregnancy rate of the patients can be improved, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
