现代中药创智研究只有在不同的研究阶段解决了不同的问题和挑战,才能成功登顶绝对海拔 8844.43米的世界之巅,研发出创新药物。针对此世界性难题,笔者团队基于传统中医药理论,构建了化学分子 辨识、因果数理模型辨识、药物分子功能辨识、功效辨识集成技术的“良关系”之效应物质辨识分析体系,着重 剖析复方药物-机体代谢网络及核心效应物质,从宏观到微观再到宏观阐释复方中药的药效物质基础和作用机 制,诠释“方成无药”的科学内涵。基于此融合中西医药优势提出了组合中药分子化学药物设计思路——“合策 略”,为新药创制提供了一种全新研究思路。

To better explore innovative drugs, the innovative and sapiential study of modern Chinese medicine has to face diverse challenges and try to solve various problems in different research stages. It is akin to reaching the top of Mount Qomolangma which is at the absolute altitude of 8844.43 meters. The identification analytical technology system was established by the authors research team, which inherited the essence of traditional culture and was based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of‘Jun- Chen- Zuo- Shi’. This technology system integrated chemical molecular identification technique, cause- effect mathematical model identification technique, activity identification technique and efficiency identification technique. It was employed to discovering the substance basis and elaborating their corresponding action mechanisms of TCM from macroscale and microscale perspectives, focused on studying the metabolic network of TCM compound and discovering the core "effector-response" substances of Jun-Shi herb pairs of ‘Liang Guanxi’. It is helpful to understand the scientific connotation of‘Fang-Cheng-Wu-Yao’. The combination strategy of TCM molecular chemistry was proposed and established, and might be a new study pattern for developing new drug.
