糖脂代谢紊乱造成的肝肾损伤严重危害国民健康，目前临床仍缺乏有效防治药物。糖肾方是在 “益气柔肝、活血通络”思想指导下建立的中药复方。多中心临床试验证明，糖肾方能够显著降低糖尿病肾病尿 蛋白的排泄，提高肾小球率过滤，其疗效优于目前西医治疗糖尿病肾病一线用药ACEI/ARB。同时，糖肾方能 够有效改善模型动物脂代谢紊乱及肝肾脂质沉积，保护肝肾功能。进一步研究发现糖肾方通过调控mTOR、 NF-kB、TGF-β/Smad等信号通路，发挥肝肾保护和治疗作用。本研究将临床试验、动物模型、细胞实验和先进 的分子生物学技术相结合，系统研究糖肾方纠正糖脂代谢通路紊乱所致肝肾损伤机制，阐释了糖肾方“肝肾同 治”的物质和理论基础，丰富了祖国医学“肝肾同源”的理论内涵。

Liver and kidney damage caused by disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism seriously endangers the people’ s health, but there is lacking effective clinical prevention and treatment drugs. Tangshen Formula (TSF) is a traditional Chinese medicine compound established under the guidance of the thoughts of "Yiqi Rougan, Huoxue Tongluo". Multicenter clinical trials have shown that TSF can significantly decrease urinary protein excretion in diabetic nephropathy and improve glomerular filtration rate. And the curative effect is better than the current Western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy first-line medication ACEI/ARB. At the same time, TSF can effectively improve lipid metabolism disorder and liver and kidney lipid deposition in model animals, and protect liver and kidney function. Further studies have found that TSF plays a role in liver and kidney protection and treatment by regulating mTOR, NF-kB, TGF-β/Smad and other signaling pathways. This study combines clinical trials, animal models, cell experiments and advanced molecular biology techniques to study the mechanism of the "hepatitis and kidney treatment" of TSF. These findings enrich the theoretical of the "homogeny of liver and kidney" of the Traditional Chinese medicine.
