回医药是我国民族医药学的重要组成部分，《回回药方》、《瑞竹堂经验方》等是研究回医药的重要著作，但由于历史原因大多数回医药典籍遗失，其中回医折伤门是保存相对完整的骨伤科学，与中医骨伤渊源极深，二者在诊治伤科疾病时起着相互借鉴、优势互补的作用。本文就回医药治疗折伤门疾病的辨证、施治、用药等加以论述，以期为回医药深入研究和推广应用提供些许借鉴。

The Hui medicine is an important part of our national medicine and pharmacy. Hui Hui Fang and Rui Zhu Tang experience are the important works for studying the development of medicine. However, due to the historical reasons, a lot of documents have been lost, and the Hui medical treatment has a very deep origin. It is the bone injury science which is preserved relatively integrated and has a deep relationship with the bone injury treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The two sides play a complementary role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in Department of traumatology. This article discusses the syndrome differentiation and treatment of traumatic disease with Hui medicine, in order to provide some references for further research and application of Hui medicine.
