当今，随着祖国对中医药事业的大力支持以及各种新技术新方法的不断涌现，中药物质基础方面的研究得以快速发展，并获得丰硕成果，这对阐明中药作用机制和提高其质量标准方面具有积极地推动作用。由于目前中药复杂的成分体系，质控方法与其疗效相关性较弱，对达到中药有效性的目的难以确保。基于此，本课题组提出将中药化学特征鉴别与生物活性评价融为一体的综合性评价模式—“谱效整合指纹谱”。本综述对谱效相关研究方法在中药物质基础研究中的应用进行总结，以期为基于“谱效整合指纹谱”研究中药物质基础提供新颖的思考角度和方法，为中药的标准化和国际化做出贡献。

Nowadays, with the strong support of the motherland for the cause of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), as well as the development of new analytical technologies and methods are emerging, pharmacodynamic material basis research of TCM has been developing rapidly and achieved fruitful results, which plays an positive role in clarifying the mechanism of TCM and improving its quality standard. It is difficult to ensure the effectiveness of TCM because of the weak correlation between the current quality control methods and their efficacies. Based on this, our group put forward the idea of “pectrum-effect integrated fingerprint”, which is a comprehensive evaluation model that combines the identification of chemical characteristics with the evaluation of biological activity. This review summarized the application of spectral effect correlation research methods in the study of pharmacodynamic substance basis of TCM, in order to provide a new thinking angle and method for the study of material basis of TCM based on “effect-spectrum integrated fingerprint” and contribute to standardization and internationalization of Chinese Medicine.
