目的 构建痤疮的中医药本体，实现知识的复用和共享，为后续推理研究与应用奠定基础。方法 人工提取痤疮相关的中医药知识，以七步法为指导，利用本体构建工具protégé5.2.0构建痤疮的中医药本体，实现中医药痤疮的知识表示。结果 共构建了77个类，13种对象属性，2个数据属性和139个实例，较为全面地组织、表示了中医药痤疮的相关知识。结论 对痤疮的中医药知识进行了整合，构建了相关的领域本体，对知识的共享、复用、知识库以及临床辅助决策系统构建等提供知识支撑和推理基础。

Objective To realize the reusing and sharing of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) knowledge by constructing the ontology of acne in TCM.Methods We extracted the related knowledge manually and constructed the ontology of acne in TCM using protégé 5.2.0 which is an instrument used for developing an ontology under the guide of the seven-step method.Result We developed an ontology frame including 77 classes, 13 object properties, 2 data properties and 139 instances which organized and represented knowledge about acne in TCM.Conclusion This study integrated TCM knowledge of acne and developed an ontology frame in the field which provided knowledge support and sharing, reuse and construction of knowledge base and clinical decision support system.
