综述近年来麝香酮药理作用的研究进展。本文从中枢神经系统、心血管系统、抗炎、抗肿瘤及其他等5个方面作用对麝香酮的药理作用进行阐述。麝香酮是麝香的主要有效成份，具有通诸窍、醒神、开经络、回苏等作用，麝香酮不仅有保护中枢神经系统和心血管系统的作用，还具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、逆转多药耐药性、抗溃疡和抗菌等方面的作用，且疗效显著。本文结合近年来国内外相关文献，对麝香酮药理作用进行综述，为麝香酮的进一步研究和应用提供参考。

This paper reviews the research progress of Muscone in recent years. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of Muscone were discussed from five aspects: central nervous system, cardiovascular system, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and other aspects. Muscone is the main active ingredient of musk, with the clearing the orifices, refreshing the mind, open meridian, return to Su and other effects. This paper summarizes the research progress on the aromatic resuscitation of Muscone in recent years, and provides a reference for the further research and application of Muscone.
