互联网时代下的医疗越来越数据化，庞大的医疗数据存在着巨大的研究价值。本文旨在对大数据在中医药临床应用进行介绍及应用理论进行探讨，为中医药临床研究提供更多的思路。为概括数据挖掘研究在中医药研究应用现状，对中国知网数据库进行精确检索，依据纳入和排除标准筛选有国家自然科学基金支持的合格文献135篇，对文献发表时间、研究对象、研究方法、研究结果进行对比分析，结果显示数据挖掘技术在中医药研究中应用广泛，能从多角度、多空间、多因素对中医药进行研究，但目前仍存在许多不足。最后对大数据中医药临床应用进行展望，分析中药上市、中医药临床测评工具、真实世界证据理论等新应用技术对大数据与中医药临床结合的积极影响。

The more data-oriented medical data in the Internet era is, the huge clinical data will have great research value. This paper aimed to introduce the application of big data in traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of big data application, only to provide more ideas for clinical research of Chinese medicine. In order to summarize the current status of data mining research in traditional Chinese medicine research, the Chinese Knowledge Network database was accurately searched, and 135 qualified documents supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The publication time, research objects, research methods, and the results of the study were compared and analyzed. The results showed that data mining technology was widely used in traditional Chinese medicine research, and it can study Chinese medicine from multiple angles, multiple spaces and multiple factors, but there were still many shortcomings. Finally, the paper looked forward to the clinical application of big data of Chinese medicine, and proposed the positive impact of new application technologies such as Chinese medicine market, Chinese medicine clinical evaluation tools and real-world evidence theory on the clinical integration of big data and traditional Chinese medicine.
