目的 观察参芪苓碧汤对结直肠癌术后脾虚证患者的临床疗效及其对免疫功能的影响。方法 将84例结直肠癌术后脾虚证的患者随机分成参芪苓碧汤治疗组（40例）和对照组（44例）。对照组给予常规西医治疗（包括静脉化疗、营养支持、补液治疗等）；参芪苓碧汤治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上给予参芪苓碧汤。两组治疗4周后，观察治疗前后患者的脾虚证候评分、体力状况（KPS评分）、免疫功能（外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、CD以及CD₃-CD）等指标的变化情况。结果 参芪苓碧汤治疗组、对照组脾虚证候评分下降（P < 0.05）；组间治疗后对比存在差异，有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗组KPS积分较治疗前有显著升高（P < 0.05），对照组无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗后，参芪苓碧汤治疗组CD、CD、CD/CD、CD₃-CD、CD水平均明显升高（P < 0.05），对照组则无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。治疗组和对照组CDT细胞水平均下降（P < 0.05），组间治疗后对比，CD存在差异，具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；结论 参芪苓碧汤可改善结直肠癌术后脾虚证患者的脾虚症状，调节机体免疫功能，进而提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects on spleen deficiency after colorectal cancer operation and the impacts on immune function treated with “Shen Qi Ling Bi Decoction”． Methods Eighty-four subjects were randomly divided into two groups: control group in which 44 cases were treated with the conventional treatment including intravenous chemotherapy, fluid infusion and nutrition support,and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with the conventional treatment and “Shen Qi Ling Bi Decoction”. After 4-week treatment,spleen deficiency symptom score,KPS score, the immune immunological indexes (T lymphocyte subsets, CDand CD₃-CD) were observed before and after treatment in the patients． Results After 4-week treatments, the scores of spleen deficiency syndrome were reduced significantly in treatment group and control group (P < 0.05).There were great differences between two groups (P < 0.05). Karnofsky performance status was increased significantly in treatment group (P < 0.05),and insignificantly in control group (P>0.05). The counts of CD, CD, CD/CD, CD₃-CD, CD were significantly increased in treatment group (P < 0.05), and insignificantly in control group (P > 0.05). The count of CD was reduced significantly in treatment group and control group (P < 0.05).There was great difference in CD between two groups (P <0.05);Conclusion The Shen Qi Ling Bi Decoction relieves spleen deficiency symptoms,enhances cellular immune function and improves the living quality in the patients.
